Design your dream by imaging what you want. This is not the stage to ask “is this dream possible?” Asking that question so early on is toxic. Don’t destroy the space holding your fragile idea. Of course your dream is possible! Just start with the exuberance and joy of the dream and allow it to percolate inside you.

Napoleon Hill said: "What the mind of man can conceive it can achieve.”

Using the full power of your imagination rank yourself 1 through 5, 5 being the highest, where you’re at in your life with the following:
• Career
• Health
• Relationships
• Spirituality

Did you rate yourself at 5? 4? Are you in the middle of the road with any grouping – if so make note and decide what you can do to turn up the satisfaction and happiness in that area of your life. Did you rate any at a 1 or 2? Then choose right now to turn that career, health, relationships, or spirituality situation around. What will it take to become a 5? What does that look and feel like? What action steps will it take to get there?

Write out your life as though it is now perfect in that area. Print two copies - paste one on your vision board and keep one copy near your bed to read before going to sleep.
Allow yourself self to get emotionally involved with your dream. Be aware each day of opportunities and resources that make themselves available to you. And when the opportunities cross your path – say yes!

Write affirmations about your: Career, Health, Relationships, and Spirituality. Write the words: “I am so happy and grateful now that…” and fill in the blank. Here are some examples:
I am so happy and grateful now that I am paid well for working at what I love to do.
I am so happy and grateful now that I am trim and slim, happy and healthy.
I am so happy and grateful now that all my relationships are harmonious.
I am so happy and grateful now that I have reciprocity in my relationships.
I am so happy and grateful now that I am connected with God and Source and know I am loved.

Why do you want what you want? Turn break downs into breakthroughs. Be present to every emotion –accepting the full spectrum of feelings and experiences that your life offers. Use all your feelings to help you go towards your goal.

Getting clear on your why puts it in the same vibration, magnetically, as your dream. When you ask why? The how’s start to show up for you through ideas, assets and connections that help transform your dream into a reality. You do not get to your dream; you need to come from it. Think of a microwave, it cooks from the inside out. That’s how to create a dream its inside first, gets heated up inside and then permeates to your outside reality.

Bob Proctor said: “You can change your health, you can change your relationships, you can change your income, you can change anything.”

Take the time to reflect how you can balance out the fours aspects of your life: career, health, relationships, and spirituality and give yourself the time and permission to take action so it starts to work for you. Design your dream, envision your dream as though living it now, speak your gratitude each day, and say yes to the opportunities that come your way.

Hale Dwoskin wrote: “Just let the golden, beautiful, powerful, creative nature that you are, flow unobstructed.”
