You must have deep roots that will keep you grounded in inner peace and balance if you want to live your life in contentment and harmony. Surface roots can easily cause a tree to topple in times of storms because surface roots are shallow roots. The same holds true for us humans. We all need to go down deep and stay grounded and know that we are secure within our soul because we are deeply grounded to our core. In other words, don’t let circumstances take you out and destroy your peace of mind and your joy. Deep roots will get you through everything! When you know that you are being taken care of and that all of your needs are satisfied by the promise of your Creator, you are better able to live your life to the fullest When you have peace on the inside you will be better able to maintain peace in your life and your world because you feel safe and stable on the inside. Through meditation or time in silence connecting with your God, you will be able to practice this visualization of rooting yourself deep into the Earth. If you can go down deep and believe with all your heart that you can get through your day, your week and your life you are actually empowering yourself as you prepare to transform your life. No matter what circumstances are being presented to you daily, with deep roots, you know that your life is good and safe and the unfortunate situations will soon pass. Don’t let your circumstances consume you or take you out. Those are only temporary events not permanent situations. You have the ability to empower yourself if you refuse to allow your negative situations or negative emotions to poison your mind or consume your thoughts. This is the time to do the best with your ability and continue to believe that you are absolutely transforming your life no matter what it looks like in the outside world. Stop allowing yourself to be upset. Stop allowing your attitude to go sour and stop living your life from a defeated belief system. We all get down and are faced with things that will upset us or challenge our lives but that is the time to remind yourself that you have developed deep roots and those circumstances will not disturb your attitude or life because you refuse to allow these things to upset you or weaken your resolve. Don’t let situations rule you or your outcome. Empower yourself to be in control and refuse the poison of negative thinking to destroy you, your attitude or your behavior. The power is within you and nothing can prevent you from transforming your life except you. With your deep roots, and by being deeply grounded in the values and principles of the Universal Flow, you will never lose your footing.
