Where lies the Happiness in Life?

Each one of us has a different kind of making themselves happy. I make myself happy by writing somethings. A friend from another site gave me the inspiration to write. This is what she said to encourage me

It is not about the narration or use of words when an optimistic person like you writes her experience, we don't have anything in return to advise you or tell you. So it's more about us learning your morals. Have you seen how kids react when elders tell them well? They just listen and reflect within them. That is what we are doing here.
