Give the following program a possible opportunity to work, don't abandon it before you see results and say it didn't work for me. There are some individuals who spend most of their lives participating in one weight reduction program after another, but never shedding weight. If dieting seriously isn't the answer, then what is?

The rate of overweight and obese folks within the USA is growing at alarming levels, even out children are now fatter than they have ever been. We now see overweight children with adult type illnesses as a direct result of there diet and lifestyle. Our advancement in science and technology can't seem to solve this growing problem, so maybe its time to go back to basics.

Change is always difficult but change is good. If you never want to have to think about weight loss again, then any such program should show you haw to shed pounds for good.

For the most part we are no longer in large part an agrarian society. and even farmers today use machine to harvest. So what do our bodies do with the excess energy? Store it.

Never before in earth history have people here in the west consume so much dairy and animal products, fast foods and junk foods. Our ever expanding girth is proof that these foods and indeed what we eat is the main culprit for so much of our health issues and our ever expanding waist line

With all the marketing and food placement tactics that supermarkets use to try to get us to buy junk, we will have to be disciplined not to buy them.

It has been scientifically shown that a diet high in plant source foods shall be optimal for slimming and over all heath. Vegetarian foods are usually full of fiber and nutrition, yet still very low in fat and oils that will make us fat..

Most Americans eat their dinner at about eight o'clock at night, and this is usually the largest meal of the day. This habit is a sure way of gaining weight, as you , yourself are eating the largest meal of the day right before you go to bed.

Our body's digestive system operates in a system like everything else, it shuts down at nights, so undigested food in the stomach will be converted to fat.

More smaller meals eaten throughout the say is a better deal for your body, than fewer, larger meals.

Time to get off the couch and get moving. If you are just starting with a workout program start small first and build up from there.
