What are your why questions that you consistently ask yourself daily? Every day people communicate with their subconscious minds asking themselves why questions. Why, why, why, over and over again. The quality of your why questions are going to be the difference in the quality of your life. What separates the best from the rest is the words that comes after their why questions. Many people daily ask themselves limiting questions like, “Why me?” Or, “Why does this always happen to me?” For the most part these same people ask themselves negative questions all day long as they slowly sabotage their lives. What they don’t realize is their subconscious mind is answering that question with a lot of negative responses. The winners of the world ask themselves empowering questions that get empowering responses back to their minds. This makes them feel passionate about their lives. They believe they can do anything if they just put their minds to it. The quality of your life is going to come down to the quality of your why questions. Never ask yourself the following questions.
1. Why me?
2. Why does this always happen to me?
Just take those two questions out of your question bank and donate them to Dr. Evil.
The only questions that you need to ask yourself are the strongest, most empowering questions.
Questions like.
1. Why not me? If a human being is doing it than so can I. I can achieve anything I believe if I just put my mind to it. Convince yourself you can do it. Failure will never be an option because if you are getting the same results, you are just going to keep changing your action plan until you get the results you desire. Success leaves clues, so if you know someone that is getting the results you are looking for, just duplicate and model everything about them.
2. Why do I want to …….? I always wrote down why I wanted something on paper. I would read it to myself in the morning and at night before I went to bed. This would burn it into my subconscious mind which would then empower my body to take action. I would write down all of my what’s and why’. This would empower me to make it happen.
I want to challenge you to make the rest of your year, the best of your year. Write down a mid year action plan of what you want, why you want it, and how your life will be when you make it happen. Write this down and read it twice a day until it becomes your reality. Make sure you do not waste a single moment on any negative thoughts or actions. Only take the necessary actions towards achieving your desired outcomes. Now is the time to stretch your abilities to their peak because if you do, your dreams for the year will come true. Share your action plans with your family and the public so you get even more inspired and committed to your desired outcomes. Ask yourself, “Why not you?”
