A research was carried out on the level of breakups around the world after which it was proven that more tha
65% of relationships end in breakups. If you decided to carry out another research, you will discover that the majority of these people who broke up was not because they did not love their partners but due to the fact that they used their relationships to satisfy their unmet needs.

After this breakup, it’s but normal to feel hurt after breakup but what i do not agree is the process when a person takes more than the usual time to get over breakup.
In this article I will concentrate only on why some people find it hard or never recover from breakups so that if you are into a relationship, you will know what causes breakups and those things that can hinder a person from recovering if by any chance breakup happens to befall. If you already broke up, then jump to this article how to recover from breakups.
Why some people never recover from breakups

Why they never recover from breakups? A person may find it the hard way to recover from breakups when he/she happens to fall in one of the below mentioned:

Relationship dependency: Relationship dependency is when a person jumps into a relationship just to feel good or accepted by others or for prestigious reasons. People at times find pleasure and excitement in relationships, and although some of them they might be in true love, still on the other hand they fail to know that they depended on the relationships to feel happy. The problem here is that, if breakup strikes, how would such people feel now? The response is simple! It’s without doubt that such people will be facing hell while return to their previous stage of life (unwanted stage).

For example, a girl who has been ignored by her friends for not being popular may find happiness being in love with a popular guy so as to be regarded a popular girl. What happens if this relationship terminates? The reality here is that she will be heartbroken for months if not years not because she missed her guy but due to the fact that she used the relationship to boast and satisfy her social problems.

False belief about the one or soul mate : This is a situation, where someone completely considers her partner (soul mate/the one) to be the only march for her. The problem here with this kind of belief is that, no one knows, if in case this soul mate dumped her, she will be facing hell during this period as a result of false belief.

Anyone can be a perfect match for us if the person appears to match what we expect to see in a partner. That’s why we have certain love criteria which when someone marches them we tend to fall in love with the person. If your old partner matches 62% of your love criteria and you found someone who matches 70% he will definitely be the best match for you, right? Therefore, considering someone to be the one (the only match) is a false belief and this impression hinders the recovery process.

Denial: This is another aspect why some people never recover from breakups. This concept of denial occurs usually after a relationship terminates. Now, denial occurs when a person completely denies that the relationship is over, stay by the phone and expecting a call, rely on hopes that they will get back again, visiting the places they used to go with the aim of meeting him/her there. These are some of the things that hinder people from recovering after breakups. I am not saying they should not try to resolve their relationship anyway they can, but when it’s certain that nothing can be done, then you must stop carrying out those activities because recovery only takes place when they is no hope of the relationship.

There are other factors but I pointed these points because they are the main reasons that hinder recovery after breakups. In order to have full mastering of this topic, see related articles below.
