Do you know about the biggest business deal ever? It was specifically designed to keep you broke and unhealthy.
The Food Industry and the Medical Industry developed a deal years ago designed to make them both richer and richer, while you stay broke, unhealthy, and unhappy.
Let me explain how it was intentionally designed to work against you , and you can decide if it is working or not.
The first phase of the plan was carried out by the Food Industry. The plan was implemented early in our childhood.
This is evident by the heavy advertisement of unhealthy foods directed towards kids and the poor nutritional meals served in the public school cafeterias.
Think about all of the sugar content in the popular cereal brands marketed to children. What about the kid's meals packed with unhealthy, nutritionally challenged foods at these fast food chains.
It is no surprise that so many of these kids grow up to become diabetic adults. Even worse, more and more kids are being diagnosed with diabetes these days.
These fattening, sugary, salty, junk foods are addictive. Our taste buds get used to them as kids and we grow up eating more and more of this junk.
We do not feel the immediate effect, but over time as we continue to consume these unhealthy foods, they slowly break down our bodies, and are the cause of most of the common health related diseases today.
Notice the two dominating themes of most of these fast food restaurants: cheap and convenient.
These establishments know that if they make these unhealthy foods affordable and easily accessible, that the average human being does not have the will power to resist the temptation.
These greasy chicken places and fattening burger joints are placed strategically in certain areas.
I am guilty too. The dollar menu used to be my biggest weakness. What a brilliant marketing strategy. I used to eat 4 or 5 burgers at a time off of any given dollar menu.
What happens next, as we get older, is that those pains and ailments start to creep into our bodies. What do we do? Get expert advice of course.
When go to our doctor, they are quick to prescribe an overpriced, addictive, pharmaceutical drug that was recommended to them by pharmaceutical salesperson.
Ironically, this prescription drug has side effects that are twice as bad as the original symptoms. Then we have to go back to the doctor to get a prescription for the new ailments. The process only compounds exponentially from there.
God forbid that we have a heart attack, cancer, or some other illness that requires surgery. The average person will get slapped with a medical bill so big that it is inevitable that they will be in debt for the rest of their lives.
What can you do about it? How can you prevent this from happening to you? It starts with a decision. You can make a decision to live a healthier life starting right now.
Make a decision to start reading the labels on the back of your grocery products, so that you know what you are putting into your body. Make a decision to exercise, even if only for 15-30 minutes a day. Make a decision to use natural supplements to replace the nutrients that are stripped from our foods during the shortcut processing. Make a decision to drink lots of water to keep the cells in your body alive.
Make a decision to practice moderation in your life. Too much of anything can kill us. Don't over-indulge. At the same time, realize that restricting yourself completely from the things that you enjoy can take away the fun in life.
Much Success,
