Customer Service is extremely important when we think about our clients, but do you show the same level of customer service as a leader to your employees? One of the most valuable resources we can give our employees is time. Unfortunately, in today’s fast based business environment we are being pulled many different ways when it comes to time utilization. By giving your employees time, you are providing customer service by saying, “You are important to me.” What’s the answer? Not time management because you can’t manage time.
