Do your cardio in the Morning
Scientific studies show doing aerobic exercises first thing in the morning is more effective for burning fat than aerobic exercise later in the day. You see, after an overnight fast (not eating while you sleep), blood sugar levels are low. Always remember that breakfast is still the most important meal of the day. In scientific studies, caffeine has been shown to help liberate fatty acid form the body fat stores, thus possibly increasing your bodys ability to burn fat. Cut Back on Carbs/Calories at Night
