Do you often think about what your skin could look like later in life? Do you think about the wrinkles that could dominate your mouth and eye area? Do you wonder if you will look old and people will judge you?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, chances are you are conce
ed about your skin. If you are conce
ed about your skin, chances are you would like to know how to prevent wrinkles as well. After years of study and being in the business of anti-aging, I have found out many facts about the skin, and especially, wrinkles. One fact that could not be more true and easier to practice is wrinkle prevention. It's much easier to prevent wrinkles than it is to correct them.

Wrinkle prevention can be done in many easy ways. Here are a few.

1. Avoid the sun. The sun can damage your skin drastically.
2. Sleep on your back. This helps you avoid squinting.
3. Avoid squinting. Squinting helps induce wrinkles.
4. Eat antioxidants. They help flush out dead skin cells and make way for new skin to rejuvenate on the surface.

Now, look at what it takes to correct wrinkles:

1. Expensive surgeries such as botox.
2. Constant application of wrinkle creams and eye serums.

At the end of the day, it's much easier to work at trying to prevent wrinkles than it is to try to correct wrinkles.

Keep those statistics in mind as you see people with facial wrinkles. Remember how easy it is to avoid them with a few quick thoughts on how to prevent them. nn

When I was single, I would often choose a partner who looked good physically or sounded wonderful at first but proved to be either emotionally or financially bereft – and I thought I had made another “bad” choice.r
