Yoga? What is it REALLY? By: Sheri Lewis
What is Yoga really?
Yoga (Sanskrit): To yolk, union to join.
Hi Sheri Lewis here...
What I believe yoga really means is the definition, union to yolk-join. If this is the meaning that leads into a PHILOSOPHY, of connecting with mind, body, spirit is that it? NO! It means being CONSCIENTIOUS and OBSERVANT in everyday moments LISTENING to how people are REALLY hurting slowing down to pay attention to ALL LIFE; as the BREATH is the mystery...how it moves and creates ENERGY as it feeding your body vital life: supporting oxygen as in birth taking in your first breath and in death exhaling your last.
This comes to Pranayama: Life's vital ENERGY an energy source that rotates through the body (Chakras).
Without the BREATH nothing else would exist no BREATH no LIFE.
Some of us are not as GRATEFUL as we should be. Those that are in TRUE struggle only have GOD & a BREATH. Think of people that will spend the rest of their life in a mental institution, hospital, dungeon, starving suffering, and disabled.
And we are going to sit in a superficial cirlce as yogis? arguee and debate about South India verses North India? What yoga or yogi is the ultimate? This is why I have founded Mixed Traditional Yoga TM. Under: www.YogaDifference.com Bringing Yogis from all over the world together to join in UNION. YOGA DIFFERENCE!
Yoga is a PHILOSOPHY that supports whatever RELIGION you may or may not be. I'm in the process of writing a book called Yogi Difference Love In Christ By: Sheri Lewis
I LOVE CHRIST! I believe Christ is the purest LOVE: 1 Corinthians 13: 8-13
Love never fails. But where there prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is LOVE.
I see a division in Yoga (yogis) with different interpretations that are grounded on the same UNION principles the Science of the BREATH leading to Pranayama. The asanas (positions) are just a reward of the full Mind,Body ,Spirit connection ( If physically able) The asanas are least important in yoga although used as a tool to kick you into Pranyama and your true meditative state. If you are not physically able to move in certain positions this does not eliminate you to what asanas or meditation you are capable of through science of the BREATH moving into pranyama.
In the CHRISTIAN faith you have SEVERAL different denominations; All by men who interpreted scripture to there-own accord and had the potential of Leadership (In yoga philosophy known as a Guru) and people followed...To each his/her own but as in the Christan faith they speak of the Universal one church. Yoga is UNION as I'm non-denominational in my Christian faith so am I as a yogi I follow no particular one Guru.
I always want to be a student and a teacher recognizing SEVERAL Gurus for there talents and gifts. No One Church and No One Guru know’s all the answers and we will never know until the BREATH leaves us and we are unto the next journey...For now while LIVING here on EARTH Join me in The science of DIFFERENCE FOR GOODNESS!
It seems to make sense what we do here on EARTH will reflect in our next journey... join us at www.yogadifference.com ( www.DifferenceLives.com coming soon).
Confidence, Life, Beauty, Inner Peace: CONFIDENCE you must have to truly start living LIFE. Life is truly lived by understanding the BEAUTY that life unfolds each and every day; pay attention in each moment. For me understanding Confidence,Life and Beauty, is the entrance to surenderence in Christ which brings me to true INNER PEACE.
Namaste,

Working Together - We Can Create Friendship, Business and Love
As a member of The National Writers Union for many years, I have been aware of the problems experienced by educated, professional writers. Many have been deprived of their contracted fees. Others have had their writing plagiarized or syndicated without their consent and without payment to the writer by unscrupulous publishers and authors. But the Writers’ Union has done something about that. Jointly, as a group, they have managed to fight for the rights of individual writers.

Reawakening Love Now
Reawakening love IS possible. It happens all the time. Just when you most feel like giving up, letting go and moving on, stop and reevaluate before leaving. Yes, there are some relationships that have truly run their course. Perhaps the reason for connecting no longer exists and both would be happier elsewhere. But very often, two people reach an impassem, an inevitable butting of heads and personality differences, and instead of working through the issues they just give up and leave.

Do you know the 3 causes of all relationship problems?
What do YOU believe are the 3 causes of all relationship problems? * Inadequate Money? * Not enough or too much Sex? * Friends interfering? * Family triangles and intrusions? * Poor communication? * Emotional Imbalance? Relationships are more complex than many of us care to admit. We choose a person who attracts us because of the way they look, behave and feel. And, inevitably, as we get closer and know each other better, those very same previously wonderful qualities can become a thorn in our side.

The Ultimate Virtual Assistant for Your Life, Your Relationships and Your Business
Ever since I began seeing my private therapy and coaching clients, over two decades ago, I have been longing to work with a Virtual Assistant. In fact, I wanted this type of personal assistance to help me cope with my family, my relationships, my career path, and even my health many years before this type of service became available online. When I was single, I would often choose a partner who looked good physically or sounded wonderful at first but proved to be either emotionally or financially bereft – and I thought I had made another “bad” choice.r
