The parallels between a garden and personal growth and spiritual growth in your life are uncanny. Just like any living thing, you must nurture and maintain it to create an abundant life. In a garden, you must cultivate the soil before you can plant any seeds; so one of the first, important steps in growing and manifesting your dreams in life is to properly lay out the foundation for your goals. Once you design your mind map and you intuitively know which direction you need to take to manifest your dreams, the next step is to plant your aspirations. That's right -- you have to plant positive seeds in order for you to grow wealth in your life. The critical aspect of growing your "life garden" is to nurture your mental seeds. In a flower garden, you must add the appropriate combination of nutrients, water, and sunlight to make your flowers grow. In your life garden, you must initiate a mentally and physically positive environment in order to create the life you want to lead. This means that you must concentrate on the positive flow of Universal energy; and allow this positive energy to work in all aspects of your life. Meditation is an exceptional empowerment tool that can help to achieve your goals -- and is an essential nutrient to your life garden.nnSprouts and Personal Growth Weed your life garden daily. Every morning, take a look at your reflection in the mirror and tell yourself: "Today is going to be a happy day." When you plant the mental seed of happiness in your life, you begin seeing more clearly, and more productively. Weed away the negative thought patterns from your mind, and release any other blockages that may hinder your personal growth or spiritual growth. This takes dedication and perseverance; but over time, your life garden will develop into a beautiful, growing Eden. Imagine what would happen if we neglected a vegetable or flower garden as we sometimes do our lives? You see, you ARE a life garden, and what you do with your life garden is entirely up to you. If you shower it with daily doses of love, commitment, and the true desire to manifest happiness and prosperity -- all your dreams can come true. The choice is yours. We’re so inundated with overstimulating input from modern life that simply stopping for a while and experiencing what nature has to offer tends to invoke deep relaxation, and a healing response in the body. It’s as if part of us has been on hold, just waiting for the opportunity to open up and relax. Nature can be the doorway.
