There is a part of you that thinks that you suffer more than everyone else…

And so then you get the result of no money…
But you tell yourself that it is because somehow things are always harder for you…
You look with envy at those who seem to win just by breathing…
And you wonder why your life is so much harder and different…
BUT YOU ARE NOT DIFFERENT!
You just think you are!
And so, therefore you get what you expect…
More struggle, more hardship and no results…
And leader, you can change this right now…
You can retrain your brain, right now…
But it will mean that you have to give up your sad story about life not being fair to you…
And there is a part of you that likes that sad story…
You feel it gives you character…
And makes you interesting…
As you tell us what your father did…
Or your mother did…
Or what that pastor did to make you feel unloved…
Or how you are horribly treated by your kids…
Or your partner…
Or your friends…
All the elements of a great epic…
And you are attached to it!
And I get it!
There is no doubt that you are strong!
No doubt at all.
YOu did overcome such a lot of stuff…
But the question is…
Is that all?
Is this all you want your life to be about?
Some sad story that you overcame?
IS THAT ALL YOU WANT?!
BEcause you can have just that, if you want?!
But hey, you are leader, right…
And in fact, when you see other doing this very same thing, you dislike their weakness…
But the weakness you see in them is mirrored in you which is why you can see their victimhood so clearly…
So do you want to keep buying the victim story?
Or are you ready to win?!
Do you really want your whole life to be defined by what this person did or what that person said…
Or do you want your own Hero’s journey that is completely crafted by you?
Because honey, you can have it all!
You can give up your story of suffering…
And you can claim your story of wealth and impact!
Do you want it?
Because right now, nothing is holding you back apart from your addiction to drama!
And the need to feel different in a negative way!
Why not go for the more positive, triumphant way of looking at life?
Give up the victim story and actually start to win…
Stop looking for sympathy!
And start demanding the win!
