Perhaps you have been feeling a bit worse lately with your anxiety. When it used to not be so bad, now it comes on really strong and seems to happen when you aren't expecting it at all. If this is happening to you often, you are having panic attacks. When this unknown fear that you experience rushes through your body suddenly, the anxiety attack is doing its work. Lucky for you that the physical and emotional turmoil that you have to deal with won't last very long. The physical symptoms like the racing heart and clammy skin can't last forever, but they sure can be scary. If you are like most of the other people out there with an anxiety disorder, you probably think that you are literally dying when you have these attacks. This is common for people who have anxiety attacks regularly like you do. Anxiety and panic is a real medical condition, and no matter how you try to ignore it, it just doesn't seem to go away. You may be feeling many of the known symptoms of your anxiety like shallow breathing and feeling out of control, so you should know that you can put a stop to them. Many people become very depressed when they can't find a cure for their anxiety, but that doesn't have to be the case. The best weapon in the fight against panic attacks is some knowledge and the will got eliminate them from your life for good.
