"Your body is not you, but yours".

Say to yourself,
"my body is not me, but mine."
Your thoughts and emotions
are not you, but yours.
The information in your brain
is not you, but yours.
You are the master of all these things.
Today create thoughts and feed yourself new information that will support your health and wellbeing.
You can change your brain waves with your thought, therefore creating peace within.

Bless you and so it is.

I love you. I love you. I love you.
