There is a light inside of you…
It has always been there…
Some days, it shines brighter…
And on those days, you feel clear, sure, focused and ready to do whatever it takes to heal, teach, speak, coach, support, help, everything…
Some days it is covered up by the nonsense that has dogged your life forever…
And on those days, you cannot move forward or back, you are stuck wondering what it is all about and wondering if there is even a point to you and your life…
There is a longing inside of you is to have a permanently shining light…
And what is that light to you?
A life where you do work you love, with people you love…
A life where you make more money than you need…
A life where it feels like it means something…
Like you are making a difference…
And it does not always feel that way…
Because of the nonsense.
The nonsense from the past.
The nonsense in your present.

You remember an event from the past and in the remembering, it loses its power over you…
There is clarity as you discover the cause…
In some cases, however, it is hard to dig out the cause for your continual back and forth…
For your inability to get past this dark spot…
You just cannot understand why it all feels so hard and impossible to go beyond this darkness…
Even though you want to.
And in those times, leader, digging and searching and trying to figure out what causes the darkness that dogs you, is useless…
It is better then just to move forward…
I know you think you are moving forward by first of all figuring out the cause…
But actually, you are delaying taking the steps you know you have to take.
Maybe, it is fear that you will never escape this current darkness or fear of what else could lie in the darkness or whatever it is…
But you have to let go of needing to know the cause and just take the next step…
Yes, you will feel like you are blindly moving forward and that in itself, will bring a certain level of fear…
But still you must move.
Still you must take the next step and then the next and then the next…
Because all this rooting arond in the dark, trying to figure out the cause, is getting you nowhere and you know it.
It is keeping you stuck, not living your vision, not figuring out the cause, not getting anywhere…
Maybe as you keep taking steps forward, the cause will become clear…
Maybe not.
So what?!
The goal here is to live the life you are born to live…
Not to keep figuring out why you have not done so to date.
Leader, let it go and move forward.
What is the next step?
Take it.
Fight for, deliberately design the life you are born to live.
Because you want to!
