You have all heard the saying: “ready, willing and able” before haven't you? That little phrase can be extremely powerful in the right hands, the only problem is that most people only hit two out of the three criteria when it comes to moving forward with their life.
Allow me to explain.
Let me start by asking you a question:
Are you 100% satisfied with every single aspect of your life as it is right now, are you 100% happy with your spouse, are you 100% happy with your health, are you 100% happy with your job, your finances, your personal development, your children, your home, your car, your clothes, your diet, every single aspect of your life?
I'm guessing that the answer to my question is a very large resounding NO! OK, it's extremely difficult to be 100% satisfied in every single aspect of your life, in that case, let me ask you a few easier questions then.
You are not 100% happy in every single aspect of your life, so are you ready to change your life for the better?
Now, I'm guessing that you answered yes to that question, If you answered no, please stop reading this article now, you are beyond help.
You are not 100% happy with every single aspect of your life, are you able to change your life for the better? Once again, I'm guessing that you answered yes to that question too. Once again, if you answered no, then please stop reading this article, you (in my humble opinion) are beyond help.
OK folks, it's crunch time, time for the third and final question in this series, are you ready, here goes.
You are not 100% happy with every single aspect of your life, are you “willing” to change it for the better? By the way, “yes, but” is not an answer, it is simply a yes or no answer to this straightforward question.
If you answered yes top this question, then I have just one more question for you, if you are willing to change your life for the better, then why haven't you done it already?
I will take the liberty of answering that final question for you, “because you are NOT willing to” that's why.
Ready, willing and able, well I suppose two out of three isn't too bad is it? If you are feeling stuck in a situation that you just can not seem to figure your way out of, you do not want to get out of it badly enough, because if you did, you would, be ready to, able to, and most importantly, you would be willing to do whatever it took to get yourself out of your rut and into your groove, and the mere fact that you haven't got unstuck yet dictates that you are not willing to do whatever it takes to get yourself out of your rut.
When you are willing, really willing to do whatever it takes to get out of your rut, then trust me on this, you will be out of your rut in no time at all.
