Now that the off-season has officially come to an end and I am getting back to regularly scheduled programming, I thought it appropriate to talk about training in the cold. Thankfully, I live in Northern California, where what I consider ‘cold’ weather may be thought of more as chilly or crisp in somewhere like New York or Michigan, and maybe even balmy to my friends in Canada.
