My name is Alex Ihama and I am a Certified Speaking Professional and Executive Coach in Canada and the United States of America. In addition to many other roles I play in life, I am also a Management Consultant, Strategic Trainer, and the author of two internationally acclaimed books on personal transformation and exceptional leadership.

After almost two decades of working for major corporations in Canada, including three of Canada’s largest banks, I left to form some organizations that would allow me to passionately pursue my purpose of enabling people to develop their leadership capabilities and organizations to sustainably achieve their strategic goals and objectives.

Since then, I have been fortunate enough to travel around the world, partnering with governments, corporations, churches, communities, colleges and other forms of organizations and associations to build the capability and capacity they require to empower their people and advance their visions.
