The more you pay attention to how you feel, the more you will gravitate to healthier choices that feel so good you don't want to go back to unhealthy options.

The more active you become, the more active and healthier you want to become.

Instead of using the carrot and stick to force people to diet and exercise, use baby carrots and loving nudges to make small successful changes that builds confidence and a positive relationship with food, fitness, their bodies and themselves.

If it requires willpower to force yourself to eat well and exercise, you won't be able to stick with it. Instead enjoyable activities and satisfying healthy foods will make it easier to willingly maintain healthy choices.

When you are rid of the mental and emotional baggage around food, fitness and self care, you will grativate to healthy and fit options by choice rather than obligation and it will feel so good you'll stick with your new behaviors.

Be curious about why you struggle to succeed instead of judgmental. Judgment keeps you stuck in your patterns. Curiousity opens the door to positive changes.
