Getting That Good Feeling
Have you ever read fitness or weight loss success stories in a magazine and noticed that what each person is most thrilled about is how great they feel? They are happy to lose the weight of course, yet they discover it isn’t how much they lost that makes them feel so good. What is most exciting is having energy, being able to do more things, gaining self-confidence, and feeling more alive and free. You forget how much it matters to feel good when you take it for granted or it slowly slips away.

How to Envision Well-being that Motivates You to Change
Have you ever thought about what well-being or wellness means to you? If you could envision yourself at your personal best and experience your life in a way that feels really good, what would that include or what would that look like? I recently was asked this question, and it did make me stop and think. Who doesn’t want to be fit and healthy? Probably everyone wants this, but most people I talk to feel it is too hard to achieve or something they just don’t have time to do. They think they have to start out exercising five to six days a week for an hour or more and maintain a rigid diet that ...
