Dr. Allen Levy is a certified psychoanalyst having graduated from the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis, Union Graduate School and Columbia University School of Social Work. Dr. Levy is a senior faculty member for The Center for Group Studies in New York City and a senior staff member of Temenos Institute. As well, he serves as an adjunct faculty member for Union Graduate School.
Dr. Allen Levy is also a certified group psychotherapist with the American Group Psychotherapy Association, and is a practicing transpersonal modern psychoanalyst specializing in the alleviation of anxiety and depression, as well as deep relaxation techniques.
Dr. Allen Levy’s practice incorporates the treatment of mental and emotional disorders of all forms, working with individuals, couples, families and groups. Dr. Levy’s psychotherapeutic approach is eclectically based and individualized for each person.
