My name is Amy Furbee and I am your Head Chick here at The Hatched Egg. I once suffered from debilitating anxiety and daily panic attacks. After being handed two prescriptions for anxiety medications and give a pat on the back by my doctor I was wished "Good Luck". Truth is I was terrified and even too scared to take the medication. I knew in my heart that I wanted to find out what made me this way and how could I find my way out. My journey had begun.
After a few years of lots of trial "fixes" I found the tips and tricks that lead me to complete freedom. Today my team and I share our stories and support others that are where we once were. One morning as I laid on the floor of my bedroom in a heap I vowed that if I ever found the tools to set me free from the "Anxiety Monster" I would share it with everyone. Thankfully today I am able to do just that.
