Far from my career in an award winning talk show I am now an executive of another kind -- Executive Baby Raiser and Chief Officer of Human Development!
The pay is great, although it cannot be measured in dollars. The advancement is fabulous, although it is more for the evolution of the species than me individually. The hours are long, but the days are short.
I founded Childrens Self Esteem to provide stay-at-home-by-choice and work-from-home parents with the tools and support necessary for the vital task of developing self esteem -- the one thing we all need -- a sense of self-worth from feeling lovable and capable.
That is our role as parents -- to help our children feel loved and to teach them the skills they need to both feel capable and be capable.
