Andy Turnbull

Andy Turnbull is a personal and executive coach, facilitator and consultant, with a background in senior management in both national and international organisations.

He has a holistic approach to coaching, developed over many years working closely with Charles Bentley PhD, the founder of the Unitive approach to personal development coaching. Together with his broad experience of management and leadership in organisations, Andy brings a depth of empathy to his personal and executive coaching clients.

As well as coaching managers and leaders, Andy works with individuals who wish to reconnect with their authentic selves, find their true vocation and unlock their hidden potential. He also facilitates workshops, training events and team away days.

Andy is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and subscribes to their code of ethics.
