Before taking the leap to start my own business I worked in the highly creative Flavor and Fragrance Industry as a Leader and Flavorist.
My academic background is Food Technology, Total Quality Management, Business Management, and Coaching.
Today as a Life and Business coach, I help my clients tap into their true passion and inspiration in order that they may live inspired, authentic, empowered lives.
Why are these topics so important to me? Because I have been there myself. I’ve lived an unfulfilled life, chasing “success” without happiness, overcoming pain, abuse, disappointments and suffering. I have found my source of joy and happiness and feel a burning desire to help others in the same way.
As a speaker, my topics are Inspiration, Motivation, Resilience, and Spirituality.
In 2014, I undertook an inspiring pilgrimage walking 900km across Spain along the Camino Francés from France to Santiago de Compostela. Following the life-changing journey I have written a soon to be published book called Letters From The Way.

The Only Way Out, Is In
Today I am celebrating the first anniversary of an epic adventure and journey in my life. I was slowly emerging from a very painful and soul-destroying experience that left me feeling battered and beaten. I did not know my up from my down, felt unrecognisable to myself and at times felt like I had reached the end of the line. There was a fantastic support network around me but my inner numbness and broken spirit did not always allow me to see the extended hands of love reaching in my direction.

Play the Ball, Not the Man
Let me ask you a question, what is the best advice you have ever received from a boss or leader that you admire? For me this is easy to answer as I think back to my most admired and respected boss Rudy McLean. Rudy had many years of leadership experience within the corporatio I worked for and when he took over our division as Managing Director; there was that underlying fear of “a new broom sweeps clean.” Some people also had the attitude that he had to prove himself, as he had no specific knowledge or experience within the industry we worked in.

6 Resilience Tips I Learned Climbing the Pyrenees on the Camino
In life, we all have mountains to climb. Some are literal others figurative. Today I would like to share with you six lessons I learned climbing the Pyrenees during my Camino Francés pilgrimage in 2014. The official route of the Camino Francés begins in the little town of St. Jean Pied de Port nestled at the foothill of the majestic Pyrenees in France.
