Helping you to get get your Mojo back, assisting you to discover; or rediscover your authentic self. Not what other people have told you you are, or who you should be, but who YOU really are. Expressing your genuine self is the ultimate achievement in life. Once you have reclaimed your true identity you are then able to decide what you want in your life, again, not what other people tell you you want, or should want but what YOU want. You can then start to consciously create the life you want. I have also published a book "How To Be Happy, 52 ways to get your mojo back."
Qualifications include Qualified Counsellor, Massage Therapist, Heal Your Life workshop facilitator, Couple Communication Instructor, Reiki, Kinesiology, and Small business Management. My self study has been the most rewarding and informative, practical and useful part on my path of never ending learning. I regard myself a student first.

Self Awareness
Awareness is the first step in change. Awareness is stopping and acknowledging that you aren't happy. Being aware that you 'just don't feel right', being aware of the feeling in your gut that is telling you somethings' not quite right. Trusting your intuition, that niggling thought or feeling that this isn't who you are, this isn't who you want to be, this isn't what you want to be doing, this lifestyle, job, relationship isn't what you want.

What if you improved your outlook a little, with only two words?
