How to get started
I believe healing is an inside job. When we take 100% responsibility for our circumstances and our lives, we can begin the journey of healing. I am effective at my life and helping others succeed because I never ask someone to do something I am not willing to do. I am ete ally asking questions, because I know I don't have the answers. I have not "arrived" anywhere. Ironically, it is the process of asking the questions and the humble search for understanding that may just be "the" answer we seek.
