How does this work...it is essential that, in a couple or even on our own, we love ourselves first before we can give and even receive love. This can take any shape or form eg working with anger, stubbornness (unable to move forward because they are stuck in being right and not allowing the other to have an opinion or be right too). They may feel stuck with how to move through a difficult patch or even not understanding why the other one is behaving/acting they way they do and perhaps even feeling helpless, out of control, etc.

...Many businesses, law firms and corporates have deals where they get stuck and reach an impasse or have clients in these situations...this is when I am called in to help them find a way forward peacefully, harmoniously and even joyfully.
