Hi I'm Anna!

I became an addiction blogger out of necessity. I had someone in my family (divorced now) who is (still) struggling with admitting that they are an alcoholic. I started writing about addiction to help myself process my sister's divorce.

I am the content manager and blogger at of Detox of South Florida. We write just about daily on everything from healthy living and mental fortitude to real life struggles and addiction topics. I work with Dr. Tarugu and his staff on a regular basis so i get to see first hand what people are going through, an "in the trenches" type of experience.
