Anne loves to kick ass, either on the dance floor, her workshops, or while speaking. But that was not always the case.

If you are feeling frustrated and lost in your quest for health and happiness, she knows the feeling. After a ten year search for answers to debilitating issues ranging from chronic migraines, digestive problems, thyroid and autoimmune disease, to severe fatigue and depression, she finally put the pieces of the puzzle together when she realized that her body knew how to heal itself when nourished properly…and when she let go of all the excuses and stories keeping her stuck.

Avid researcher, she loves to live her life in the fast lane and has a passion for helping women rediscover the joys of having a powerful, vibrant, and thriving body, in just a few minutes a day, so they can create an energy-soaring, decadent-eating, insanely pleasurable life.

By incorporating nutritional cleansing, transformational coaching and Letting Go methods, French lifestyle principles, and kick ass step-by-step protocols tailored to you and your company’s goals, Anne’s magic is in opening clients’ eyes to their own unlimited potential.

Born and raised in France, ex-management consultant and avid tri-athlete she now coaches clients everywhere to create and achieve healthy, sexy, and high performing lives in a way that is proven, flexible, fun, and free of denial and will power.

Sharing the research around the relationship between the French way of eating and a slim and healthy body is a big part of my work…and my passion. The most painful and stressful habit most American women suffer from is an obsession with food. They think about food daily, agonize over “bad” foods and the fact that they shouldn’t eat them, stress over what they’ll make for diner, lust over their partner’s plates, and process complex math to count their calories. This is total madness, slavery, and a life doomed for misery.

They had the best intentions. They had the best of intentions to go to the gym. But by January 15, they forgot where the gym was located.
