In 2001 Anthony's life was much different than it is today. He was fighting for his life in a Las Vegas hospital after suffering two collapsed lungs, and going into full cardiac arrest, from which he had to be brought back to life by means of defibulation twice, as a result he fell into a coma. The doctors advised his family to consider removing him from the respirator which was artificially breathing for him as his prognosis for recovery were bleak.

In defiance of the doctors expectations, he awoke from his coma days later, but was left unable to stand or walk and now suffered from debilitating full body seizures. He was told to be prepared to spend the rest of his life in a wheel chair. As a former college football and track star he could not fathom not being able to walk. So with resolve and determination he set out to prove the doctors wrong once again, after years of mental and physical struggle, frustration and perseverance Anthony regained his ability to walk, but his challenges were far from over.

While working to rebuild his physical prowess, Anthony received more devastating news, the women who struggled to raise him as a single mother was diagnosed with cancer and would be dead within less than a year. Following his mothers death, Anthony got married and soon after had a daughter in 2003; she was born with muscular dystrophy. Nineteen months following her birth, his daughter died in his arms. Anthony and his wife were crestfallen and heartbroken; for the next year they tried in vain to keep their marriage together as they struggled to make sense of their tragic loss. Less than a year after the death of their daughter their marriage would end.

Anthony's trials were not over yet, in 2006 he would be by his fathers side as he died in a Los Angeles hospital. A few months following the loss of his father, Anthony was fired from his job. Finlay the combined weight of everything he had gone through began to press heavily on Anthony. He had lost his entire family, he was depressed, alone, jobless, broke, unhealthy and nearly fifty pounds overweight.

The thought of suicide became his constant companion. On what would have been his daughters third birthday in 2006, Anthony planned to take his own life but when faced with the final and fatal decision to take his own life, Anthony found the power to make another decision, a decision that in spite of everything he had gone through, everything he lost, that he could still win. Anthony decided to believe that he could overcome his unfortunate circumstances, change his life and become a success, and find happiness.

Within three years of that decision, Anthony had done what most would have thought impossible. He created a 180 degree change in every area of his life. With no prior experience, Anthony entered and conquered the world of sales, achieved financial independence, opened his own businesses, got in the best physical shape he had been in since his college football days and today lives happy, healthy and fulfilling life helping people, businesses, and organizations around the world reach their goals.
