Arlene A old uses a unique color therapy system using complementary colors combined with counseling techniques, originally based on Transactional Analysis.

When persons are "stuck" in life, this means their personal energy field is stuck-it is not flowing. They may say they are stuck in a job, stuck in a marriage, stuck with a racing mind, stuck with emotions that take over, stuck with depression, stuck with physical problems. Sometimes introducing colors through Arlene's method immediately breaks up that energy and other times it reveals deeper issues. Using the counseling techniques along with color, the energy of the deeper issues can be transformed and reintegrated into the personal energy field so that the issues never needs to surface again!
