I have been a teacher of Mysticism and Enlightenment since 1986. My whole journey of life was like living many lives within just one.

When I was young I could see energy generating from Mountains Trees and Plants. I could see lovely colors of light and knew when there were ghosts around. When I was 10 I began hearing from relatives who had crossed over and wanted to send a message to the family.

The journey of life and living it to its fullest has been my mission since I was in my early thirties. Self awareness and actualization have taught me that I am my own best friend and that to truly know another you must truly know yourself.

I am all about spirituality. Learning to meditate and also disciplining myself in my life as well as using spiritual excercises has had great advantages. Though we are all human beings we still must have purpose and find tools for letting go in order to learn and move forward. The hardest thing anyone will ever have to do this lifetime, is let go. This is somewhat due to the fact that as we let go, we somehow also find new things to attach ourselves to. It is human nature to do so.

Our spiritual nature is all about unconditional love, acceptance and allowing. Because of these two opposite natures within us we often feel we are at odds within ourselves. We seek balance and peace as a place to find respite and then we grow again and find we must acheive balance and harmony at each and every level of our development. I sometimes wonder who devised this way of evolution and is there not an easier path? Yet within me, I am sure this is the only way to eventually ascend, and be one within the whole of who I am.

Releasing expectaions is an amazing freedom from the constraints of everyday life. This surely is mastery when one can and does acheive it as a lasting reality. In this 3D world almost everything is based on an outcome of what is expected. As we see this crashing down around us currently we realize just how vast the illusion of reality truly is. Change still remains the only constant in the Universe. May you find the change that contintually motivates you to grow and become.
