As a certified life coach who received her Personal Life Coaching Certification from Coach Training Alliance and is accredited by the International Coach Federation, Aurelia feels truly blessed to be given the opportunity to fulfill her lifelong dream of helping others find a healthy balance between work, family and self. Always wanting to give her clients the best she can, she is currently enrolled in advanced coaching classes to sharpen her life coaching skills. She shares her life coaching expertise with clients and potential clients alike at Real Life Coaching.
As the author of Journey to Joy, Aurelia lends her always helping and caring hand by challenging other women to find the joy and serenity they deserve in their lives. Journey to Joy is full of tips and resources to help every woman who reads it become the woman she was born to be; happy, healthy and confident.
Mrs. Williams is also the owner of Real Life Solutions, a website dedicated to helping those who visit lead an emotionally & physically healthier, more productive and less stressful life. Packed with resources and information, Real Life Solutions is there with tips to help make that life a reality, not just a possibility for those who stop by.
Aurelia didn’t stop there. As if all that wasn’t enough, she also hosts Parenting My Teen Podcast. The Internet radio show that was birthed from Aurelia’s desire to help parents of teenagers get through the trying, yet most crucial time of their child’s life. As a mother of 3 herself, along with raising her now 21 year old brother, Aurelia isn’t just a mother who has been there, done that. She’s been there, done that…3 times and before it’s all said and done, she will have raised 4 strong, independent, and respectable teenagers who have grown into adults she and her husband will be proud to call their children.
Aurelia truly believes her calling in life is to help others, especially women, live healthier and happier lives. She makes it a point every single day to do just that. Whether it’s through her coaching services, information packed resource sites, such as this one, Real Life Guidance, podcast or information products, Aurelia is always looking for ways to lend a supportive hand to others and make their life a little less hectic and a lot more enjoyable.
