Axel Lopez

Known by many as the Mr. HispanoPreneur™ , Mr. Lopez is well versed in the “No Down” techniques for acquiring and investing in real estate and has over the years become an expert at applying these concepts to buying and selling properties throughout the country. Inspired with the vision and commitment to create wealth within his community, Mr. Lopez frequently shares his acquired expertise in the lessons he imparts to his English and Hispanic investor audiences.

An influential voice in the Hispanic-American investor community, Mr. Lopez is well-known for his “YES, YOU CAN DO IT, TOO!” (Si Usted Tambien Puede!) attitude and his successful wholesale real estate deals and business networking. His first deal netted him a $100,000.00 equity profit and as demonstrated through countless testimonials, throughout his business and real estate career, Mr. Lopez has been instrumental in realizing impressive profits for his clients in residential and commercial negotiations.

Mr. Lopez is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Investors Resource Centers (IRC) and the Orlando Regional Realtors Association (ORRA). He has long been active in industry, charitable and political activities and is currently a member of various Real Estate Investors Association clubs. He was also critical in the startup of the Hispanic American Real Estate Investors Club (an IRC Hispanic Leadership Subgroup) in Orlando.

Mr. Lopez is a former United States Navy corpsman. He holds an Associate’s degree in Business from Los Angeles City College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Columbia College. After completing his military service, Mr. Lopez and his family settled in Florida, where he started his own consulting, sales and marketing company. He has acquired extensive, international business experience by representing individuals and local companies in business deals with Latin American countries.

A native of Guatemala, Mr. Lopez lives in Orlando with his wife, Evana. Together, they have two highly accomplished children. Denise is a corporate atto ey in Hartford, CT, while Caesar attends and plays soccer for the University of Connecticut.
