Veggie Madness on the Grill
Veggie Madness on the Grill............. First I was not sure if I would really like it well enough to share it. But it tuned out to be quite delicious. Not to mention wonderful healthy. Before I started, I picked eight Spring color Vegetables which I like and pictured those on my plate. Sweet Potato, finely cut Celery, Button Mushrooms, Carrots, Sweet Onions, Summer Squash, Cauliflower and Aubergine Eggplant. Than I added some good fat burning spices, such as: Cayenne, fresh Garlic, fresh Ginger, Rosemary & Curry Powder, sprinkled very lightly some Olive Oil.
