Stability?
We get used to things the way they are. Routine gives us a sense of security. And honestly, stability feels like a very good thing, because we don’t really like the uncertainty of change. We enjoy the safety that comes with things remaining the same. We know what’s coming and we like it that way. It feels familiar and comfortable. And we act and think as though it will forever be the same, as though nothing will ever change. And we like it that way. But stability is an illusion.r

The Power of Questions
How come the ants know to save up food for the coming winter months? What time is it in New Zealand right now? How did someone figure out that we could write symbols down to communicate the words we speak? Why isn’t there anything new under the sun? What is air? Why can’t we make water? Dreaming and Wishing
Dreaming and Wishingr You and I can dream all day long. We can wish for something for as long as we have breath in our bodies. But all the dreaming and all the wishing in the world won’t ever get us the thing(s) we dream about or wish for. Dreaming and wishing isn’t at all unimportant. Actually, that is where all goals have their beginning. Yet we must realize that they are not enough.

New Years Resolutions? I think not!
I am not a big fan of New Year’s Resolutions… People get all revved up and it lasts a few hours, days or maybe weeks, but eventually, most people quit and they wind up thinking of themselves as quitters. No will power. Losers. New Year’s resolutions set people up for failure is you ask me. And the more we fail, the more we expect to fail. So when all is said and done, we are worse off than we were before the resolution… Something isn’t working, wouldn’t you say? I’d much rather celebrate success than focus on what doesn’t work…
