Barry Jay, a New York native, is the founder of the Barry's Bootcamp System. Barry moved to Los Angeles over 20 years ago and immediately took to life in the fast lane living in a world of late nights and fast food. Barry soon found his calling when he took a job at a popular Hollywood fitness studio. Less than a year later, Barry developed the foundation for his own unique fitness program and was soon turning people away from his sold out classes.

In 1998, Barry founded what is now known throughout the world as Barry's Bootcamp. The program was designed around a simple goal—to create The Best Workout in the World(TM).
