Be adette Johnson

"When embarking on a journey, never ask directions from somenone who has never left home!" As the president of CORE Consulting, Be
adette Johnson has definately left home. She serves as a guide and catalyst for organizations who want to make a difference and do this through their leaders. Be
adette has over 20 years in the financial services industry and over 15 years in training and organizational development. She has built a career as a consultant, giving her the opportunity to make a difference through coaching, group processing, performance improvement, intentional dialogues, leadership development and facilitation. Be
adette has successfully designed and implemented programs for management and global leadership development, staff and board development focusing on culture shifts, team building, conflict resolution, communication, vision statements, strategic planning and change/transition management which are making a difference in their respective organizations. Be
adette has a BA in Management and Organizational Development. She authors articles and is frequently sought as a resource within the financial services sector for industry periodicals and as a national presenter. Be
adette is also an International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Certified Performance Technologist. Be
adette serves as a member of Lansing Community Colleges (LCC) Capital Quality Initiative Steering Committee as well as an instructor for LCC Business & Community Institute teaching Human Performance Technology. Be
adette is the co-founder of the Inspiring Women Collaborative that creates a space for women to connect at a deeper level as well as support each other's highest potential. She is also on the advisory board for the TruWisdom Programs as well as the designer and facilitator of TruWisdom’s Leading with Wisdom program, a program designed for women who are new and seasoned in their leadership positions. She is the recipient of World Council of Credit Union 1996 Silver Award for her onsite work with the Trinidad/Tobago Caribbean League Strategic Planning Session. Be
adette was co-recipient of the ISPI-Michigan 2002 Honorary Award of Excellence, ISPI Michigan’s 2003 Premier Award and competed at the national level to be awarded the ISPI 2003 Award of Excellence for Human Performance Intervention. She is also recognized in the 2006 Who’s Who in American Business. In 2007 Be
