Daily Random Reminders is sharing a practice that began for Beth many years ago. Beth uses meditation and "labeling" thoughts to dissolve patterns and live in as much conscious awareness as possible. In practice, writing what is in the mind helps identify patterns or loops that keep us stuck in habits that often have out lived their usefulness in our lives. Writing helps to identify false beliefs and allows us to hold the steering wheel of our life firmly in our own grasp. Sometimes Beth receives guidance about what is happening in her day to day life simply by sitting still and writing a few lines (or half a page as the case may be!).

"During the months that Kriss and I wrote Daily Random Reminders I discovered that I gained as much insight by reading what she wrote to me as in reading my own stuff. I'm encouraged that other people will read our book or use our web site and have a similar experience. Daily Random Reminders are Universally Sourced!"
Beth lives with her family in Surprise, Arizona. She is active in many spiritual communities locally and nationally. Beth has become a Chios Master Teacher, a Reiki Master Teacher and has begun to practice with others the many things she’s been employing in her own life thus far. Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Beth Cornell

Everything is OK, as it is, shifting and changing and moving and going up and down. Stay in the center of this activity and you will not need to react and sway with every change, instead you will see that people need changes in order to come into balance/center. They go to extremes - on and off, right and left - like a pendulum swinging to and fro - - eventually it too will rest in the center. "Daily Random Reminders" Kristine Van Hook and Beth Cornell
