I’ve spent most of my life in law enforcement and public safety, holding such positions as an elected Sheriff, Director of Public Safety, and Sr. V.P. of Safety & Security for a national corporation. I've attended a lot of executive level training programs such as the National Sheriff's Institute, the FBI's Executive Development (CSLEEDS), University of Arkansas' Regional Executive Management Institute, etc... and have graduated from two state law enforcement academies.

I went on obtain a graduate degree in Organizational Development Psychology because I’m interested in what motivates people and how that translates into success or failure. I’ve recently began my own home business and am excited about the opportunity to work with others who share the same passion as me, and would be grateful to hear your thoughts and comments about my articles.
