Are You Effectively Managing All Of Your Personal Account Information?
Are you one of those people who know precisely how many accounts you have with different companies and institutions? Do you have all of the details for each account duly noted and recorded in some organized fashion? If you are and if you do, you are likely in the minority. For purposes of this discussion, we will use a broader definition of the word ‘account’ than may immediately come to mind with most people. We will define an account as being ‘a situation where a person has a business relationship with a third party’.

Do You Know Where All Your Keys Are?
We all use keys. Some of us have and use more keys than others, but we all use keys. We have keys for homes, apartments, automobiles, rooms, garages, sheds, vaults, luggage, lockers, safe deposit boxes, mail boxes, offices, desks, furniture, cabinets, lawn mowers, recreational vehicles, gates and a host of other things. Keys almost always come in sets of at least two and usually more.

Is diet, exercise and a proper lifestyle enough to help you manage your health?
Once a year, one of my favorite aerobics leaders asked her participants to look at their bodies in the mirrors that lined the room. She would then tell us there were two very important things we should understand about our bodies. The first was that a body was not like an automobile or other consumer good. What she meant was that we can’t trade it in or buy a new one when it breaks down. It is the only one we are ever going to have. The second is that we have no right to expect or assume that someone else will take responsibility for it if and when it did break down.

How Prepared Are You For An Emergency?
When the topic of emergencies comes up, most often the focus is on catastrophic types of emergencies such as floods, fires, storms and earthquakes. People seldom think of smaller everyday types of emergencies such as a lost purse or wallet, an automobile accident, an injury, the failure of an appliance or lawn mower or whatever.

Using Information to Prepare for Medical Emergencies?
Most of us will require some form of medical intervention (assistance or treatment) at various times during our lives. Some of us will require medical intervention more frequently than others. We will require that intervention to treat injuries, diseases, infections and any number of health-related conditions that may arise over time, whether genetic or not.

Health as a Career!
The term 'career' is most often thought of in the context of a profession or occupation, but dictionaries also apply the term to a chosen pursuit - a person's progress or general course of action through life or through a phase of life. If we use the latter part of the definition, then things like education, home-making, marriage, family relationships, many leisure pursuits like sailing or gardening can also be considered as careers in their own right along with work and profession.
