Denying the wisdom of practices passed down over thousands of years is just as foolish as denying advances that have been made to deal with modern times. Fusion Mindfulness seeks the intersection of ancient and contemporary techniques to improve mindfulness, increase productivity, and allow people to build real relationships that leave them happy and at peace with a chaotic world.

Worrying about work even when not at work. Going through the past thinking how it could be different. Having trouble getting over a break-up. It can take many different forms.
