The core of my work is centered on helping my clients regain balance and well-being of body, mind and spirit. My main goal is to provide professional care with sensitivity to individual needs. I always provide a safe, serene, healing and nurturing environment and combine knowledge with fine intuition.

Spending time with plants and beautifying the world is most rewarding. I enjoy creating all my garden projects and strive to make them harmonious and aesthetically pleasing. Surrounding ourselves with nature and beauty is life-giving!

Licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC., I am a Board certified massage therapist, bodyworker, and foot reflexologist in private practice since l985. I obtained certification for massage and bodywork from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 1994.
