Bruce Hutchinson has promoted the art of Tai Chi Chuan and the Chinese Internal Arts for over a decade in Central Pennsylvania working with multiple fitness facilities, hospitals, schools, assisted living communities and insurance agencies in both short-term and open-ended classes. In addition to his training and studies in the internal martial arts and health arts, he also holds a Bachelors of Psychology (Penn State), Certifications as a Massage Therapist, Chiropractic Assistant, and Reflexologist, and is a Master Level Practitioner of several schools of Reiki, a traditional system of natural healing.

Moving inside we are returning to limited space, at home you may find only a few feet to train in, and unless you have access to an open gym you might not find significant space to practice most days so it may be time to change up your routine once again.
