Since 1985 Bruce has been helping disce ing, successful and wealthy business owners and executives optimize their effectiveness with the most challenging aspects of their lives, businesses and finances. He has taught continuing education courses on a host of complex financial, tax, estate, business growth and exit planning strategies and tactics to lawyers, accountants, bankers, financial advisors, trust officers and real estate professionals for 25 years.
Bruce was amongst the founding members of Associated Securities Corporation, a revolutionary NASD broker dealer. As a shareholder there, he served on or ran a variety of committees where he gained a great depth of knowledge about the financial services professions and intricacies of financial markets and product design. He also learned how to recognize and preemptively avoid dysfunctional, ineffective financial schemes, products or scams and those who perpetrate them.
As a partner in a registered investment advisory firm (Pash International), Bruce began to innovate and advocate for client centric ethics, services, products and business platforms.
In 1989, he ended his association with the financial services, insurance and registered investment advisory companies and began his first solely owned business. Founded in 1989, Estate and Foundation Services (later renamed Macro Strategic Design, Inc.) rolled out its unique truly client-centered approach to holistic planning. It is here that he began to develop the templates which later evolved into the methodologies he deploys and teaches today.
Bruce is dedicated to helping clients elevate and transform their lives into something more joyful, significant and fulfilling.
This is ultra demanding and complex work, where each client and project is different. Rather than beginning from scratch on every new client adventure, he invented and trademarked a systematic highly customizable methodology for easing and speeding tangible results. That systematic methodology is known as Macro Strategic Planning®

Have No Fear
I'm thinking of a demeaning, disempowering, filthy, four-letter word that begins with the letter "F" but I doubt you'll ever hear anybody shout it out as an angry expletive. Here's a hint: it isn't feet. The four-letter word is fear. As President Roosevelt so eloquently put forth many years ago, "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." This rhetorical tidbit is elegant and wise. Too bad it won't fit on the dime under FDR's profile - it's well worth keeping in mind. By the way, there is a name for the fear of fear. A fascinating experiment was conducted on animal intelligence back in the mid-1950s. A hungry chimpanzee was placed alone in an empty room where a bunch of bananas had been suspended from the ceiling.
