My name is Cara Gilmore. I have dealt with family alcohol issues for almost my whole life and I am 26 years old. I, myself, have been in recovery from alcoholism for over 5 years. I have dealt with my fair share of issues over the years. However, through recovery I have also gained significant knowledge of fitness, health, nutrition, and other topics as well. I have created a lot of content over the past few years regarding addictions and other mental health related topics. Also, I have dealt with my fair share of anxiety issues as well.
