Carmellita Brown

Carmellita M. Brown is the Founder and Creative Director of Blue Lotus Living, LLC. Blue Lotus Living is a Spiritual and Personal Development Community and Holistic Lifestyle Media and Education Company. Carmellita began her work establishing and building Blue Lotus Living in New Orleans from 2003-2005 with business partner and best friend Roslyn J. Randle. During this time the organization orchestrated Business Development Courses, Community Development Workshops, Youth Education Workshops, and Creativity Enhancement Workshops.

Carmellita Brown launched online projects with Blue Lotus Living as well. From 2003-2008, she wrote and developed courses for Universalclass.com on subjects related to Abundance, Wellness Coaching, and Community Development projects.

Now, Carmellita M. Brown has revitalized the vision and mission of her career in the field of Personal Development. She and Roslyn Randle have re-established Blue Lotus Living as a Company and Community. As recent as January 30, 2009, Blue Lotus Living launched it's Network for community members. The Blue Lotus Living Network is free to join.

Carmellita believes it takes courage to realize the vision of your life purpose and to live as your true and authentic self. "We have to be dedicated to who we really are and release our soul. This will require that we let go of the fetters and illusion of the ego and allow creative energy to flow to us and through us," she says.

A survivor of Hurricane Katrina, Carmellita Brown says, “Since the storm (Hurricane Katrina), I have rebuild my life and although, the work I’ve done in the past was centered on the community and on personal and spiritual development, my commitment to utilize my gifts and talents to serve humanity is greater and more profound than ever before. Now, I know the power of the Creative Spirit and I know it can transform lives and restore our youthful vigor.”

About her work in the field of Personal Development and Spiritual Development, Carmellita emphatically states, “My work is dedicated to those who want to manifest their dreams, create their reality, and transform their lives. I know understand that Creativity Enhancement through the Creative Spirit allows us to become who we really and evolve spiritually. I have personally watch people transform their health, wealth, relationships, skills, abilities and talents because they have begun to fully utilize their creative potential.”

Carmellita has 15 years experience in public speaking and has lead workshops on subjects related to weight-loss, wellness coaching, holistic living, personal development, spiritual development, metaphysics, Ancient Egyptian Philosophy, self-awareness, performance arts, entrepreneurship, and community development.

When developing online projects for independent publishing and media production, Carmellita says her approach is simple: “Yes, my approach is to align with purpose... My purpose and intention with every work is to (1) provoke thought, (2) provide new information, (3) edify and engage the audience, (4) and make it dynamic, interesting, and life-impacting.”
