I have been doing my passion for many years.

I help people to stop beating themselves up, to stop self sabotaging and to grow into their greatness,

Whether it is a personal or a business challenge, it is easier than you think to be aware of your thoughts and change them so that you can face life with ease.

I love my life. I do therapy but am also a realestate investor. Realestate is a wonderful way of making money for personal freedom.

Another thing I enjoy is duplicate bridge, I probably play 2 or three times a week.

Loving life is easy, I'dlove to do a make over with you free for the first time--like getting a taste of an ice cream cone.
