My career in motivating people started when I earned my Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Nebraska, and it has continued to this day as a professor at Wright State University ... and now even beyond that. I love taking my knowledge outside the classroom - thus, I am the monthly co-host of the popular radio show, Dick Sutphen’s Metaphysical World, and I am a recurring motivational expert on the TV show Living Dayton. And soon, I will be the host of my own web talk show, Success From the Inside -Out! on Vidergize.com

I’ve been teaching and motivating since 1993, and I have personally taught thousands of people many life-changing strategies in my classrooms, workshops, books, e-courses, articles, as well as on the radio and television. I have seen individuals make great improvements in their lives by applying these skills. My main areas of expertise are: Relationships, Communication, Law of Attraction, Life Goals, and Improving Overall Attitudes. I thrive on helping people see new and better ways to experience life.

I have also spent many years presenting research at professional conferences, as well as doing consulting, training and workshops for businesses, schools, organizations, and the general public. I have been blessed to work with groups of all kinds - from network marketing companies (MLM) like Advocare to hostage negotiation teams.

I’m also the author of the books, Radical Relationship Resource: A Guide for Repairing, Letting Go, or Moving On and We’re not that Different: Two Sisters’Religious and Spiritual Jou eys. In addition, I have many e-courses that will be available soon that can help you improve your life.
